Happiness Studio is an initiative with a mission to spread Happiness.

The Happiness Studio was conceived during doctoral research on Happiness Inventory.

This research concept was transformed into the idea of a Happiness Studio that provided services with a vision to spread Happiness in 3 Dimensions i.e. to Individuals, to Social Units (Family) and to Organizations. Consequently delivering services namely Individual Counselling, Psychometric Testing, Training Workshops, Happiness Audits, Happiness Inventory, etc. to name a few.

The choice that we make in our life determines our emotional, physical, and a general state of well-being. However if we take the ownership and make a choice to be Happy, we can always be happy. It’s that Simple.
